Defibrillators

Ruan Lanihorne was among one of the first villages on the Roseland to install a defibrillator donated by the Roseland Surgeries Patient Group.  The Council subsequently purchased two additional defibrillators through a grant from the Big Lottery.

The Defibrillators are situated:-

Ruan Lanihorne - outside the King's Head Public House.

Treworga - in the telephone box in the centre of the village.

Ruan High Lanes - on the wall of the bus shelter.

In the event of the need to use a defibrillator, first call 999. The Ambulance Service will give you the code to open the box to gain access to the defibrillator.  Switch on the defibrillator and follow the instructions.
