Parish Council Meetings

The Council aims to meet on a bi-monthly basis and are scheduled to meet on the following dates:

Tuesday, 15 July 2025 at Ruan Reading Room at 7:30pm.
Tuesday, 16 September 2025 at Ruan Reading Room at 7:30pm.
Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at Ruan Reading Room at 7:30pm.
Tuesday, 20 January 2026 at Ruan Reading Room at 7:30pm.
Tuesday, 18 March 2026 at Ruan Reading Room at 7:30pm
Tuesday, 20 May 2026 at Ruan Reading Room at 7:30pm 

The Council may also hold extraordinary meetings on occasion (for, example, to consider a planning application).  Please refer to the 'Agendas and Minutes' page for further information.

Other Meetings and Events in the Parish

The Annual Parish Meeting takes place at Ruan Reading Room between April and June every year.  Please refer to the 'Agendas and Minutes' page for further information.
